Sustenance: As long as the wielder touches the earth, it is as if they are wearing a ring of sustenance. You do not need to eat and only require 4 hours of sleep a night.
Physical Stat Bonus: The bearer of the Axe gains an enhancement bonus to one physical stat (Str, Dex, Con) at the indicated levels. The wielder decides which stat is A, B and C.
Earth Sense: As long as the wielder is touching the ground, he may take a move action to sense the number of creatures within 30 feet that are also touching the ground and know the direction of each.
Earth Mastery: If the wielder of the axe and his opponent are both touching the ground, the wielder gets a + 1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Improved Power Attack: The wielder of the axe now does 1.5 times the number of points taken away from their to hit. Ex: If the wielder takes a -2 to hit, they will get 3 to damage.
Hard as Stone: The wielder of the axe gets a natural armor bonus equal to 1/4 their level, to a max of their Con modifier.
Push: The wielder of the axe gets Improved Bull Rush as an additional feat. If the wielder already has this feat, or gets it later, than the axe will give them the Knockback feat instead. (Races of Stone p142).
Earth Glide: The wielder of the axe can now glide through stone, dirt or almost any other sort of earth except metal as easily as a fish swims through water. His burrowing leaves behind no tunnel or hole, nor does it create any ripple or other signs of presence.
Summon Monolith: Once per day as a standard action the wielder of the axe can Summon an Elemental Monolith (Earth only, Complete Arcane 156).
Elemental Conversion: Upon reaching 20th level the wielder of the axe takes on the properties of an earth elemental. He gains damage reduction 5- and has a 75% change of ignoring critical hits or sneak attack damage.
